● Beach access: 5 minute drive from multiple west end beach access points.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed
● Parking: There is parking for up to 5 cars. No street parking.

Whether you`re interested in exploring local shops, dining at fantastic restaurants, or lounging on the sandy shores, everything you need is just a short drive away.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
