Welcome to your perfect summer getaway at 72 Carver Lane. This beautiful and spacious coastal home is nestled in a peaceful seaside neighborhood with stunning water views, privacy and all the comforts of home. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio or winding down by the outdoor firepit after a day at the beach, this property has everything you need for a relaxing Rhode Island escape.
This home is tastefully decorated with a stylish costal décor and offers an open concept floor plan for easy living. Cook with ease in the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen and dine inside in the central air conditioning or enjoy the alfresco seating on the back deck. The vaulted ceilings and skylights bring in the beautiful sunshine. After those relaxing days at the beach or occasional rainy day, cozy up in the living room with a mounted TV for a movie night or series binge. Off the main living room, you will find a charming, bright and airy sunroom with cathedral wood ceilings and triple sliders. This is a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening libations.
One of the four bedrooms is conveniently located on the first floor. Up the well-crafted staircase, you are greeted to an open hallway overlooking the first floor. The primary suite is a special space with a large ensuite and private deck overlooking the pond. Enjoy watching the sunset or a nice morning yoga flow with a view. Down the hall, there are the two additional bedrooms. One with peaceful views of Point Judith Pond and a queen size bed, the other with one full and one twin bed.
