Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.
We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to trash can
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.

The house was very clean and the nostalgic decor took us back to our chilhood. Brenda, the host was great to work with from the booking until the checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean and comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice 3 bedroom gave us all a little bit of privacy as each bedroom on different floor. My only issue the very upstairs needs a mirror! Lol. Other then no mirror it was perfect and was perfect for my Dad, brother and sis in law while my Mom was in the hospital. Very easy to get to! Quiet neighborhood!

A very nice place to stay in Peoria area. My two brothers and I came from North Carolina, Nebraska, and Utah. The house is a great space for visiting and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing breakfast and dinner.

We needed a place to stay in Peoria for the whole family (dog included) and this place was perfect! The decor was just my style. If you love the 70s/80s, this is the place for you! Very clean, bigger than it looks from the outside. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed and a grocery store was 10 minutes away.
