No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on the property including, but not limited to interior, exterior, porch, deck, and parking lot areas. Smoking violations will result in a minimum $800 cleaning charge.
Wasting utilities will incur fees to the guest. Ensure the propane tank valves are closed.
Violation of house rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund regardless of unused nights.

Very nice place and had all we needed to get through the week out of our house during some construction. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The location is great and allowed us to keep our normal schedules, with the kids in school. If we need up be out of our house again or for people visiting, I highly recommend this rental.
