About this apartment rental
Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath 2nd floor apartment complete with a private entrance. Located just half a mile from downtown Lexington, you'll be a short drive or a 15-20 min walk away from a variety of exceptional shops, restaurants, as well as both universities
The apartment features a modern, fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable living room with a pull-out couch and a large-screen TV. The dining room table expands to comfortably seat up to 8 people, making it perfect for meals or gatherings.
The private entrance is off the back porch. Touchscreen deadbolt secures the property and offers a contact free check in if desired.
Parking is assigned in spots 1 and 2. There is also a 15 min loading and unloading parking area right by the door.
Guests are welcome to use the back porch and firepit. The full second floor is at the guest's disposal.
This is a non-toxic and fragrance-free home. We use a solution of vinegar, water, and dish soap to clean all surfaces and then disinfect with hospital grade Briotech Hypochlorous Acid.
We use only All Free and Clear laundry soap and never use fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
We launder duvet covers along with sheets. All additional blankets provided are also laundered after every guest.
We do use essential oils (thieves, lavender, melaleuca, and rosemary) for cleaning and freshening our home.
We provide natural castile soap for handwashing.
We live in the 1st floor apartment and are a door knock away. I am available by phone, text, or email at any time.

Wonderful place to be while we unwinded from bull school. It had all the amenities we needed and was a comfort space for all of us to relax after a long day

We had a really nice weekend stay in this upstairs apartment of a stately older home. The location was close to downtown Lex and perfect for our needs. The beds were firmer than we were accustomed to, but we slept so well. The details we particularly appreciated were the soft sheets, the coffee maker, and the shower pressure. We would definitely return.
