About this apartment rental
Our modern lodging is located on the sunny side of Vlotho in the Weserbergland region. From the top of the Buhn, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Vlotho. The Weser Bike Trail is right at your feet. The lodging is the perfect starting point for bike rides, hikes, and day trips to the surrounding towns and regions.
Resorts and various convention centers are not far away. You can reach the A2 and A30 highways in just a few minutes. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
Our accommodations are a modern 105-square-meter semi-detached house. This means you have a separate entrance and space to park up to 3 cars in front of the house. The property is equipped with a wallbox. Using an RFID card, you can conveniently charge your electric car right in front of the house (billed separately). E-bikes can also be charged outside in the carport.
As you enter the spacious hallway, you’ll find a large living room in the basement where you can relax—for example, with a glass of wine or one of the board games provided. The living room is equipped with an extendable dining table, a large couch, and a TV.
On the other side of the hallway is a large, fully equipped kitchen. Here, you can whip up delicious meals. Additionally, the basement features a small guest restroom and an utility room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a large, bright bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom features a large shower (with a rain showerhead) or a bathtub for relaxation.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating. And since it’s a well-insulated new construction, it stays pleasantly cool even on warm summer days.
Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
Behind the house is a terrace measuring approximately 20 square meters. The terrace faces north. In the morning, the sun shines pleasantly there for breakfast, and in the afternoon, it’s a great place to relax on hot summer days. A small lawn area on the first level of our sloping garden is also available for sunbathing. This area is still under development. Additionally, a Weber gas grill is at your disposal.
