Perched on a hillside, this charming little house offers magnificent views of the valley. Completely renovated, it boasts all modern comforts, including ample storage, a washing machine, a dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, a television, and internet access. Free covered parking is available. Just a 5-minute drive from Château-Chinon, it's ideal for long walks on the hiking trail that winds through the hamlet. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with two single beds (90x200cm) in the bedroom and two single beds (90x200cm) in the living room. A thorough cleaning is carried out before each arrival. All necessary linens are provided (sheets, duvet covers, mattress protectors, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels), and a professional laundry service collects the laundry for impeccable cleanliness. As soon as your booking is finalized, we will put you in touch with our hostess, who will personally welcome you. She does not live on the property, but just a few kilometers away. She will be available to assist you throughout your stay and can come to your location if needed. She will also be present to hand over the keys upon your departure. This house (sleeps 4) can be rented together with our other house (sleeps 6) in the same hamlet, accommodating a total of 10 people (ideal for a family gathering or a holiday with friends).
