A beautiful penthouse apartment with a view over all of Koblenz. The large rooftop terrace, complete with a barrel sauna and outdoor shower, is perfect for relaxation, and the sunset view is truly one-of-a-kind.
Featuring state-of-the-art amenities—from air conditioning to a walk-in shower and a box-spring bed—this apartment leaves nothing to be desired.
We can also accommodate children and families upon request: a crib and a high chair are available for optional booking.
Excellent access by car and public transportation, ideal for vacations, business trips, and more.
The Accommodation

You can book with us for the same day if the accommodations are available. Please note that we are not a 24/7 hotel. The apartment is always set up for two people, so you can check in on the same day with 1–2 people. If you’d like to arrive on the same day with more people, please ask us briefly in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi in the apartment. You’ll find the login credentials at the property and in your booking details after you’ve made your reservation.
The penthouse apartment consists of:
Living room & kitchen

A large open space with a great kitchen, dining area, and living room. The space features air conditioning, plenty of cozy lighting, and a flat-screen TV with popular streaming services that you can sign up for yourself. The comfortable couch can be used as a sleeper sofa when there are more than two guests (approx. 140x200 cm sleeping surface). A plush mattress topper makes sleeping even more comfortable.
The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances:
- Refrigerator and freezer
- Convection oven
- Induction cooktop with built-in range hood
- Dishwasher
- Washer/dryer combo (washer with built-in dryer)
- Electric kettle
- Toaster
- Capsule coffee machine for standard and XL Nespresso capsules
It has everything you’d typically need in a kitchen:
- Dishes, glasses, cups, and silverware
- Pots and pans
- Bowls, cooking utensils, etc.
Bedroom

The bedroom features a large 180x200 cm box-spring bed, a large wardrobe (about half of which is available for use; the rest of the cabinets are locked), a flat-screen TV with popular streaming services that you can sign up for yourself, and air conditioning.
If you book the toddler package later (€20/day; can be ordered through our portal after your Airbnb booking), you’ll also find a crib with bedding here and, of course, a high chair in the kitchen.
The beds are made up for the number of guests booked (at least the double bed; for 3–4 guests, the sleeper sofa; and, as part of the Toddler Package, the crib as well).
For each person booked, you’ll find a set of towels (face cloth, hand towel, bath towel, and sauna towel), as well as an optional bathrobe (which you can order later through our portal).
Bathroom

The bathroom features a large, walk-in shower at floor level, a toilet, and a sink. There is plenty of storage space, thanks to matching cabinets and a large, lighted mirror.
We provide shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper in the accommodation.
Roof Terrace
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The highlight of the property: a 360° rooftop terrace with views over Koblenz and the Eifel! Equipped with a barrel sauna, an outdoor shower, and lounging and seating areas with comfortable cushions, you can enjoy both the sun during the day and a unique sundowner in the evening.
Access to the rooftop terrace is reserved exclusively for the penthouse apartment. Access is via a rooftop hatch in the stairwell, which opens fully automatically with a wireless remote control.
Additional options that can be booked by sending me a message:
- Toddler package for €20 per stay (crib, high chair, children’s plate, and cup)
- Bathrobe (sizes S/M or L/XL; two available in each size) for €10 each
