Villa Tea

Communication with Ivana the host was really easy. We loved the stocked drinks fridge on arrival, the access to the local beaches and nearby beach bars / restaurants was really easy for a large group of different families. There's small supermarkets nearby (walking distance) and a great bakery too just accepts the road. Easy parking and access for at least 3 cars on the property. Great pool table and table tennis as well as some gym equipment and sauna which worked well. Really nice to have multiple balconies to sit at depending on time of day.

No complaints at all, only comment the mattresses could be a little softer and maybe some better ping pong balls!

Was amazing we had so much space was great to have so many bathrooms for a group of 12 and there was everything we needed nearby. Very short walk to the beaches (lots to choose from) and restaurants etc. it is about 20-25 mins from split old town by uber (always book Ubers we jumped in a cab in split once and it was 5 times the cost of the uber there) but close to the airport which was great. I went and stayed in split after we left the villa and wouldn’t bother next time Kastel had better food and beaches just plan a trip to old town by uber. The hosts are great and available for anything you need as well as being as flexible as they can with checking in and out which was greatly appreciated. There are many other great things but they are all covered in other reviews so read those!

Nothing - they do require a cash deposit which we weren’t aware of before we arrived but there is an ATM a 2 minute walk away so was not a big issue.

The host Ivana was great, she was helpful with all the questions are asked about the Villa and local area. The Villa was exceptional with everything you could possibly need and more. My friends and I had a very comfortable stay with lots of space.

Villa Tea bietet viel Platz für eine große Gruppe und durch die zwei Wohnzimmer und Küchen, sowie Badezimmer bei jedem der Einzelzimmer auch Möglichkeiten des Rückzugs. Bei Problemen und Fragen halfen die Vermieter sofort und waren außerordentlich freundlich. Wir bedanken uns vielmals!
