About this apartment rental
Oceanfront condo with direct access to Morros Epic Beach. It is located in Cartagena de Indias, in the Bolívar region, near La Boquilla Beach and Crespo Beaches, and offers accommodations with free private parking. Downtown is 7.1 km from the property, and San Felipe de Barajas Castle is 7.9 km away. The nearest airport (Rafael Núñez International Airport) is 8 km from the property.
The apartment is located on the eighth floor of the Morros Epic Building and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. It also features Wi-Fi and cable TV.
The master bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, a private bathroom, a Smart TV, and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a Smart TV.
The living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV.
The utility area has a bathroom, washer, and dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils needed for a short stay. Such as: dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc.
The apartment is fully equipped with sheets, towels, and pillows for 6 people.

The building features a large pool area, a hot tub, a Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym, direct access to the beach, a children’s pool, private covered parking, elevators, and 24/7 private security. Open spaces and areas with ocean views. Ideal for families with children, couples, or work groups. The pools are closed one day a week for maintenance.
Once you check in at the Morros Epic building reception desk, you will be given a wristband that identifies you as a guest of the building, which you must wear throughout your stay so you can enter and exit the building and use all common areas (pools, hot tub, gym, etc.) without any issues. The cost of this wristband is 18,000 COP per person, which is not included in the reservation price, as it is a payment that guests make directly to the homeowners’ association at the front desk via credit card terminal upon check-in. This fee is allocated toward the use and maintenance of the common areas so that you, as guests, can enjoy them.
Our guests may enjoy the building’s common areas during the hours established by the building regulations.
Guests are not permitted to receive visitors in the apartments or in the common areas, as this is not allowed under the Morros Epic Building’s condominium regulations.

Common Area Hours According to the Morros Epic Building Community Guidelines
Pool and Jacuzzi:
• Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Gym:
• Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 7 PM.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 6 AM to 9 PM.
Turkish bath:
• Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Once the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the regulations established by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism in Resolution 420 of 2022, we, as tourism service providers, are required to complete the Accommodation Registration Form; therefore, for check-in, we always require the following information for each guest at least 48 hours in advance: full names, type of identification, identification number, city of residence and city of origin, and reason for travel.
NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS, AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE PERMITTED AFTER THE GUEST LIST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
This information must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and sent to the front desk of the Morros Epic Building, where you will be required to present a physical copy of your identification document (including children and infants).
Any child and/or adolescent (ages 0 to 17) who wishes to enter the condominium must be accompanied by their parents or have a notarized and authenticated permission slip, along with a copy of the (RC, TI, NUIP) and photocopies of both parents’ ID cards, stating that the minor’s parents or guardians approve the child’s and/or adolescent’s entry as guests to the condominium; otherwise, entry will not be permitted under any circumstances (Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006).
All guests’ identification documents must be originals; copies or PDFs are not accepted, except in the case of digital ID cards. Please also note the following:
-Foreigners’ passports must have the appropriate stamps.
-MERCOSUR travelers must provide their travel slip.
-Venezuelan guests may only check in with a PPT or PASSPORT.
-Driver’s licenses or documents other than those required for identification based on nationality will not be accepted.
Please note that check-in will not proceed if the required documentation is not presented.
