The house is perfectly situated towards the peak of Massanutten Village - minutes from the ski slopes, golf courses, indoor water park and the Family Adventure Park. The number of people it accommodates and the configuration of sleeping and bath areas was the draw for us. The unit was clean and well appointed. The ice maker did not work.There were 2 small ice trays. Will was quick to answer my phone call on it. He knew it didn’t work (poor frig brand choice by previous owner) and suggested people could buy ice when out. He should have a bag of ice in freezer. Going down the mountain in search of ice late in evening is unacceptable. In retrospect, Will should have ordered an ice delivery to the unit that evening. Coffee pots were numerous. K cup in kit did not-work but many K cups. Only 1 of 2 drip pots worked. Weather unusually cold. Fire place on main not working—looks broken but no note about it. Lock w/key was hanging open on arrival. We made sure firmly locked on departure. Enjoyed our family stay overall.
