Lower Well Farm House, a converted farmhouse, consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washer/dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, corner sofa, sofa, and two armchairs, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a study with armchair and desk. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite, two super-king-size with en-suites, and twin with en-suite. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed Italian style courtyard with furniture and a barbecue and ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Lower Well Farm House. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 450 GBP. Town: Positioned alongside a picturesque creek of the River Dart in South Devon, Stoke Gabriel is a delightful unspoiled village, a firm favourite for many visitors who come for its beautiful tranquil riverside setting. You need not venture far from the village, with a village pub, children’s play park, an apple orchard, restaurants, tea rooms and local stores. The River Shack beach café provides refreshments on the quay, a popular spot for the local pastime ‘crabbing’. Ideally placed for exploring South Devon and the South Hams, with Kingswear, Dartmouth and Brixham all within easy reach and the magnificent Torbay beaches on the doorstep.
