Grindsted Aktiv Camping is a centrally located, family-friendly campsite in the heart of Jutland, just 12 km from LEGOLAND, Lalandia, and the LEGO House, and 35 km from Givskud Zoo. Situated in the southern part of Grindsted town—with great shopping and local amenities nearby—it offers a peaceful base surrounded by nature and well connected to the region’s major attractions. Whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or a group of friends, this quiet yet lively campsite makes an ideal starting point for exploring central, western, and southern Jutland. Guests can choose from a variety of comfortable accommodations, including three types of cabins ranging from simple, cozy options to modern, spacious cabins fully equipped with kitchens and private bathrooms. For those who prefer a classic room stay, two types of guest rooms are available, offering indoor comfort with access to all campsite amenities. In total, the site features around 90 camping units, 24 cabins, and 6 rooms—ensuring there’s something to suit every type of traveler. Grindsted Aktiv Camping is packed with activities for all ages and interests. You can enjoy mini golf, petanque, beach volleyball, or a game of tennis or football, right in or near the campsite. Anglers will appreciate the excellent fishing opportunities in local rivers and nearby "put and take" lakes, with licenses available on-site. For thrill-seekers, the Grindsted Go-kart track offers high-speed fun, while the nearby swimming pool features slides, saunas, and family-friendly zones. Annual events such as the Stjernetour de Grindsted, Engsøløbet, and the Music in Gryden festival add vibrancy to the calendar.
