House was very clean and in a seemingly nice neighborhood. Very convenient location. We were 15 minutes from Grayson stadium and 10 minutes from Historic downtown with easy street access. Perfect accommodations for our Family of 7 adults. Reduction of 1 star for amenities. Cheapest toilet paper on the planet and all soap products were of the cheap variety and smelled too floral or fruity. A very small investment in amenities would make this a 5 star property.
