Enter through your own private entrance into a stunning open-plan suite defined by high vaulted ceilings and a light-filled, welcoming atmosphere. This is your intimate haven in the heart of the city.
+ Living & Sleeping Area: Unwind in the cozy lounge space or rest deeply in the comfortable Queen-sized bed.
+ Kitchenette: Prepare anything from a morning coffee to a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
+ Dining Nook: Enjoy your meals in the charming dining area, perfect for two.
+ Bathroom: Refresh in the modern full bathroom, complete with a spacious walk-in shower.
Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Clean, quiet, nice location - close to Bad Bunnies coffee shop which is fabulous! Owner, Rick was super friendly and kind. There is also a great burrito place and bagel place a few blocks away. Within walking distance to King Street etc.

This was a great place to stay in Charleston. It was close to the downtown historic area so we were able to walk to almost everything.

Such a perfect place to stay when visiting our daughter at College. Loved parking right at the front door and walking over to King Street and anywhere else we needed to go.Very clean, and private. Would stay here again anytime we are in CHS
