The holiday home has 60 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 4 adults. For families with 3 children, a fifth sleeping option, a folding bed/guest bed or baby cot, is available upon request. The holiday home features a living area with a sofa, satellite TV, and radio. An open-plan fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and all necessary electrical appliances and everyday items (including a highchair). Two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a sofa and satellite TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity. There is also an externally accessible storage room (e.g., for bicycles). A terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue fireplace. Utilities (electricity, water, and heating) are included.
