• fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine and a variety of cooking appliances and utensils
• one full spacious bathroom,
• one guest bathroom
• high-speed internet (500 Mbps),
• an in-unit washing machine,
Air conditioning and utilities are included in your stay.

Al Reem island is a pacific gate to be close to the heart of Abu Dhabi but escaping the traffic and the noise. Located few minutes drive from Al Mariyah island, it give easy access to both Downtown and Saadiyat.
Other Things to Note:
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
