About this house rental
Modern single-level house, centrally located to everything. You can walk to the lake, the lifts, and the Big Bear downtown area (the Village), all within 10-15 minutes.
The house is just a short walk from the lake and the shops at Big Bear Village, this 3BR/2BA mountain marvel is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts! Discover an abundance of recreational opportunities throughout the year, including skiing, snow playing, boating, fishing, golfing, and hiking.
Highlights of the home include an expansive deck and private hot tub, as well as all-new furnishings and appliances.
LIVING AREA
Make some hot cocoa and gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the living area, furnished with a plush sectional. After a day of alpine adventures, watch a new movie on a 55 inch TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The beautifully updated kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. From Nespresso machine to Instant-pot - we got it all.
Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table set for six.
BED & BATH
This single-level home sleeps eight people.
Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
The second bedroom boasts a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-size trundle while the third bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed and a twin-size trundle.
The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Make use of the gas grill on the deck and enjoy an afternoon cookout. Dine alfresco at the patio table set for six.
When the sun sets, treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the private hot tub on the deck. Hot tub can be heated up to 104F!

Booking and check-in were easy, the place was clean, and host communication was excellent. The house itself is in a great location, you can walk to several restaurants and destinations like the Ski Beach Park. We appreciated the foosball table, and the single-story layout worked well for our little kids. The hot tub is huge (and was warm), and the kitchen is very large. The beds were also very comfy, with quality mattresses, although the second bedroom has a bed that was listed as a queen but seemed more like a full. The rest of the furnishings were a bit worn, and the kitchen could use some more pots. Overall we had a nice stay.

Large and spacious home with just about everything you need for a great stay with your family. Location was very convenient to town and so easy to get to restaurants, recreation, and shopping. Spa was huge and nice and warm and enjoyable. Rooms were good sized. Everything in the home worked well and we really enjoyed our stay and would go back if were were to visit Big Bear again.
