This newly renovated 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom 700 sq. ft. apartment is on the third floor of Golden View Condominium in the Sunset Crest area of St. James on the West Coast of Barbados.
The bedroom is air conditioned with two single beds made up as one king which can be separated on request, an ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in clothes/linen closet. The well-equipped open plan kitchen, living/dining area, free unlimited wifi, cable tv, and a balcony overlooking the spacious garden and large pool. Weekly maid service is included.
Golden View is a safe, well-maintained condominium complex of 120 units with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There is a reception desk in the lobby, two elevators and wide stairs, a large communal freshwater swimming pool, club house, free parking, shared laundry facilities on the third floor and a library/computer room. The reception desk is always open and there is in-house security with a guard on duty daily between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. and all day on weekends and holidays.
It is within easy walking distance to Holetown where you will find beaches, water sports, a large supermarket and pharmacy, medical centre, restaurants, banks, churches, cinema and public transport.
