The place was clean and lovely. The interior was nice and the back deck was great. My only tiny issue was that it was a bit loud - it's rather close to a highway, but that did mean it was a great location to get lots of places easily! And it was nice to be able to walk to the bagel place and downtown Durham. My family also walked to a Bulls game.

Couldn't be happier with this rental. Awesome amount of space and decor with a great deck to sit on. Easy walking to downtown and restaurants but not staying actually downtown. I was worried about being near the freeway and there was zero vehicle sales that we could hear. Great experience. Should mention awesome showerhead and comfortable beds also

This home is just as adorable as the listing, in an equally quaint and quiet neighborhood. The back porch is full of entertainment options and the living/dining area can host a group quite well. The modern aesthetic of the home may not bely its history, but it truly is a lovely old home with lots of character. We launched from here to visit several Durham favorites and it was very easy to access downtown, museums, and restaurants.

The reason I chose this place was for the location.The host responds quickly to any issues.I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bedrooms did not have tvs.My family and I like to lie down at night and watch tv.There was only one tv in the living room.
