20 minutes by car from the train station of St Cyr sur mer or Sanary or 35 minutes by car from Toulon.
This 22m2 studio, not overlooked, cozy gives you access to the outdoor garden lounge and the private jacuzzi just for you.
A quiet place between the countryside and the city and conducive to come and spend moments of relaxation and well-being....
Everything is planned to ensure your comfort and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The villa at the bottom of the garden is occupied by your hosts, Audrey & Michaël, who will be happy to welcome you.
The Accommodation:
By opening the electric gate, you will find on your right the studio with an independent entrance and you will be able to park your vehicle along it.
This 22m2 studio is very well equipped and arranged.
This little corner of paradise will allow you to enjoy NEW bedding of 160X200 to relax, a bathroom and a 100% equipped kitchen. You will have the possibility to concoct your own meals thanks to the kitchen in your room. You will find all the necessary equipment:

⁃ Fridge
⁃ Hood
⁃ Induction hobs
⁃ Crockery and cutlery
⁃ Senseo coffee machine / Kettle /
⁃ Brita water jug
⁃ Hair dryer
⁃ Television

Bathrobes, towels and bed linen are provided.
Rules for the jacuzzi:
In all seasons, in order to spend pleasant moments of relaxation with your partner, you can enjoy the heated Jacuzzi in summer and winter (in winter at 39°) or we allow you to use it until 11:00 p.m.
-Use of the jacuzzi until 11:00 p.m., from 11 p.m. supplement of 20€ / hour.
-It is MANDATORY to take a SHOWER before entering the jacuzzi,
-Hair must be tied back,
-No cosmetic products must be used in the jacuzzi,
-It is forbidden to place drinks or food on the edges of the jacuzzi,
-If the water in the spa is found to be polluted or cloudy, an amount of €50 will be requested,
-For the respect of the neighborhood and us, do not put music on the edge of the jacuzzi,
-Cover the jacuzzi every time you use it.
