Nestled in historic Old Town, this home is only a short stroll from boutique shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The bay is just a block away, and the famous Carson Mansion—one of the most photographed Victorian homes in the world—is right around the corner. For day trips, you’re about 10 miles from Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt, 20 miles from the Victorian village of Ferndale, and 47 miles from Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, home to majestic redwood forests.

WiFi is available, but speeds may be slower than average.
The home features two full kitchens.
Both twin beds are rollaway style and stored in the closets.
The property is divided into two rentals—Lilac Victorian Downstairs and Lilac Victorian Upstairs—which may also be rented separately.
This rental is managed by Redwood Travels.
A separate Redwood Travels Rental Agreement will need to be signed at the time of booking.
No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am.
