This fabulous 2 bedroom completely remodeled home, in the Warren neighborhood of Bisbee, has all the look and feel of a brand-new build. Everything is pristine and newly installed: ceramic tile and laminate flooring, interior paint on refinished textured walls and ceilings, sharp new contrasting black roof, all new colored stucco, new windows and doors, 3 new independent mini splits and new ceiling fans. The custom kitchen has quartz countertops and a brand-new stainless steel appliance suite including a fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave. There's even a new tankless water heater to boot. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate laundry and storage area which boasts a new front-load washer and a matching dryer. Both in the entry and around the back are two custom redwood decks, with views of the surrounding Mule mountains and San Jose peak in Mexico. Everything about this house is absolutely crisp and modern.
Tastefully furnished with leather sofa and chair with wall mounted television. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities for your comfort. The cottage features an open concept, with the kitchen and dinning area open to the living room, resulting in a much larger feel.
Enjoy the many activities available in Bisbee or visit surrounding areas such as Naco, Mexico, Tombstone, Arizona, nearby Sierra Vista and the wine country around Sonoita, Arizona. The Warren neighborhood has centrally located Vista Park which has tennis courts, pickleball courts, nature area, community restrooms and a market every Saturday fro 9AM to 1PM. Vista Park is three blocks from the cottage.
