The exterior is a true green paradise: a sprawling garden dotted with traditional local structures (a bread bin and a granary), which lend it a unique and authentic character. THE SPACE:
Even in the midst of a busy August, this estate offers complete privacy—ideal for relaxation and enjoying nature. The house is fully equipped and features several indoor and outdoor living areas, making it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful vacation.
In addition, the beautiful and expansive Rodiles Beach is just 300 meters from the house. Rodiles is one of the best beaches in northern Spain for surfing, and there’s a school where you can learn the sport.
The area surrounding Rodiles Beach in Asturias offers a wide variety of options for enjoying nature and the local culture. Some of the highlights include:
Birdwatching: The Villaviciosa estuary, located near the beach, is an important refuge for birdlife, serving as a home to numerous bird species, including some that are endangered. Birdwatching stations in the area allow visitors to get a close-up view of some of these species.
