The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned bungalow for rent in Baie-Mahault, featuring a shared swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a 20 m² covered veranda/terrace with a fully equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom with an open-plan shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A covered veranda/terrace with a table, a sofa, armchairs and a fully equipped kitchenette, including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a queen-size four-poster bed (160×200) and an open-plan bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- Make the most of sunny days in a 400 m² enclosed garden with trees, as well as a 20 m² terrace with furniture
- Swimming pool shared with the owners (10 x 4 m, unheated)
Access times: Monday to Sunday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm
Closed: Mondays from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm, Fridays from 5.00 pm and on Saturday mornings
External guests are not permitted
The bungalow is ideally situated in Baie-Mahault, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
