About this house rental
Spacious, clean 4BR house 4 miles from Sanford Stadium & UGA in safe cul-de-sac neighborhood. 4 bedrooms: 2 King, 1 Queen, and 1 with 2 Double beds and a futon. 2.5 baths, equipped kitchen, 3 large comfy sofas, private pool, 3 work spaces, 2 separate living rooms! Lots of parking, close to ALL kinds of stores & restaurants. High-Speed Internet, yard, games, large dining table, outdoor seating. New 58 inch TV with Apps, coffee machine, lots of towels and linens. This is a home away from home!
The space
Oversize bedrooms, separate dining, living room, den, and outdoor patio/pool areas. Open kitchen with bar and breakfast area by large window, lots of natural light. Washer, dryer, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, Keurig. Very close to Walmart, Kroger, Aldi, Publix, etc.- Lots of towels, bedding, and everything you need to feel at home. Each room is large! Lots of room for additional air mattresses. This is perfect for 2 families, or a girl's trip, reunion, UGA parent weekend, Game day or any responsible group of friends. NO DRUGS, NO EXCESSIVE DRINKING, NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC after 10:00. This is a family neighborhood.

Keyless entry! You will have use of the whole 4 BR house. The garage and 5th BR are locked for owner storage. 24 hours access to private pool. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pool is open May 15 until October 15.

- We will pre-screen guests to make sure it's a good fit.
- No loud parties are allowed; our neighbors are our friends.
- No pets of any kind. Fee for evidence that pets have been inside our home (hair on carpet or furniture, door cam, neighbors, etc.) is $500.
