Welcome to The Pickett — a cozy 1-bedroom suite at Southern Blue, named after John Pickett, a key figure in McMinnville’s early history. This quiet retreat features a convertible coffee table desk, perfect for getting work done or enjoying a relaxed stay. Just steps from downtown and our on-site restaurant, it’s ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for comfort and convenience.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
ETS. Pets are allowed on the Premises upon payment of the Pet Fee provided during booking process. All guests must clean up and dispose of all Pet waste immediately, failure to do so will result in a fee of $250.00 The Host does not allow pets without prior written consent. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises without prior written consent, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited and additonal fee of $250.00 will be assessed.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking and vaping on the Premises and grounds is prohibited. If any guest violates the smoking policy a $250.00 fine will be automatically assesed.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.

The host was great. The facility is unbelievable with a perfect location, walkable to restaurants and the shopping community for a fair price.

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed with our dog. He loved the fenced pet area outside. Location was great to visit restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. The brew pub downstairs in the building was great and made it easy to enjoy the condo when the weather was rainy. We just simply went down to the first floor and right into the restaurant didn’t have to worry about anything. The condo was well appointed and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.
