We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dima in Santorini. The location is excellent — everything you need is just a short walk away, including shops, restaurants, and traditional taverns, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. The beds were especially good — we slept really well every night, which made a big difference during our holiday. The Perissa beach is one of the best beach on the island, perfect for swimming and relaxing by the sea.
What really stood out was the staff — they were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, Villa Dima offers great value, comfort, and a perfect location. We would definitely come back!

I visited Santorini for just 2 days and stayed at Villa Dima for 1 night to enjoy the beach side and then at Daedalus Hotel in Fira center to see the caldera side. I loved my stay at Villa Dima and the black beach, there is a very good restaurant on the beach, Fish Taverna Perivolos. The bus stop is near the hotel and easy can go from the beach to center for only 25 min by bus. The location of the hotel is great, the staff very friendly and the room was clean and small nice. See you next time... ;)

The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk to the beach, where you can find many great restaurants and traditional taverns. Supermarkets and small shops are also very close, which makes everything really convenient.
The breakfast was very good, fresh, and satisfying. We highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included – it’s definitely worth it.
A special thank you to Margarita from the reception, who was extremely helpful and kind. She organized for us a semi-private minibus tour around the island, and it was an amazing experience for only 80 euro for 5 hours. We visited local wineries and tasted Santorini wine, saw the Red Beach, and finished the day with the famous sunset in Oia. Everything was very well organized and relaxed.
Overall, a great stay with friendly staff, perfect location, and excellent value for money. Thanks to the whole Villa Dima team!

Villa Dima it has a great hospitality services. We had room 7 and is very comfortable with kitchen and is located on the 1st floor with a spacious balcony and seaview.
The beach is 3 min walking and there are located all the restaurants and shops. Dimitri the owner is a very polite and help us with transfer service from airport to the property and return. thank you
