- definitiv das Badezimmer vor allem die Dusche: wer größer als 1,75m ist, sollte sich beim Badezimmer bewusst sein, dass man nicht aufrecht stehen kann und immer gebückt laufen muss. Die Decke ist um einiges niedriger als im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Die Dusche ist leider katastrophal- man kann es nicht anders sagen. Der Duschvorhang bleibt nicht an Ort und Stelle, sondern hängt teilweise ab. Zudem ist die Dusche enorm schmal (selbst als schmale Frau hatte ich hier meine Probleme). Des Weiteren kann man den Duschkopf nicht aufhängen und man muss ihn dauerhaft in der Hand halten. - der Balkon kann nicht als Balkon bezeichnet werden, da sich hier maximal eine Person auf das „Fensterbrett“ stellen kann.

The location is great. It is just 15 min walk from Teatro Politeama and the yacht marina is 20 min. I could walk practically everywhere, including botanical gardens, Teatro Massimo, and the street market. The neighbourhood is nice - there are stores and a pharmacy nearby where you can shop for your needs. There is a very good bar pasticceria, Dolce Carlino nearby along with small 'forno's where you can shop traditional biscuits and cornetto. This is a traditional little house with a very comfortable double bed with clean sheets, a shower room with all the things you need (I found even shampoos and washing liquid), a washing machine, a hairdryer, clean towels and a kitchenette. It is very quiet at night (good for sleeping) since it is not on the main road. There is a bus stop 3 min walk away where you could take the bus to Mondello beach. It is great value for money.

Proprietaria gentilissima, sempre disposta ad aiutare. Pulizia efficiente della camera, sono stati molti gentili, offrendosi anche di rifarci i letti, nonostante non lo avessimo richiesto. Inoltre, hanno cambiato tutti gli asciugamani. La casa si trova una zona ideale per chi volesse stare in centro e ha un panificio a due passi, nonché un mercato poco distante. Prezzo eccellente per i servizi offerti: praticamente puoi cucinare e prendere un ottimo caffé grazie alla loro macchinetta.

Difficile, se non impossibile trovare un aspetto negativo, forse un vetrocamera potrebbe annullare il rumore della strada nel week-end, ma sinceramente mia moglie e mio figlio piccolo hanno dormito bene ugualmente. Io ho bisogno di silenzio assoluto, invece, quindi é qualcosa di assolutamente personale, non legato a un problema della struttura, che, ripeto, é assolutamente da consigliare, anche a chi viaggia in famiglia.
