This is a lovely home and a great location. It’s so quiet and relaxing. Beautiful views and plenty of space to be together or have alone time. It’s a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable, WiFi was great. Rose was delightful to communicate with and she responded quickly to every request. We loved our time here and hope to stay again next year!

I really wanted to like this place - the location was amazing and the property manager was very responsive. The neighbors were also super nice. We were also so grateful to be able to bring our dogs and they had a great time swimming in the basin. We also loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. HOWEVER - iit needs a lot of work. At first we thought it was just cosmetic stuff and we didn’t care. We were there to enjoy the beach and the basin and didn’t mind. In fact, it was a relief to not have to always be worrying about being super careful about everything. But then - one after another- we discovered things that weren’t working right/ were broken, and the including: the dishwasher, the clothes dryer, one out of two microwaves, the coffee pot, the ignition on the gas grill. Worst of all were the sink that had a MAJOR leak and the kayaks thar SUNK! For real, there were holes in them and they sank while we were paddling in the middle of the basin! Luckily we had brought our own lifejackets and were able to get to shore safely, but it was scary. Better a/c would have been nice too, but to be fair we had a week+ of 90-100 degree temps and I’m not sure any a/c would have been able to keep up. We’d love to go back, but only if they fix things significantly.
