We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Demelza Cottage. The cottage was clean, cosy and well-equipped, and in a peaceful location in the lovely village of Blisland, making it an excellent base for exploring Cornwall. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts of milk, biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco. It was also great that a fan was provided, which was very useful during the hot weather. The owners were happy for us to move the garden table and chairs into the shade, making it much more comfortable to sit outside. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and the owners were always quick to help if we had any questions or issues. Our dog Jason also felt very welcome.
During the hot weather, the upstairs bedroom became very warm at night. Thankfully, a fan was provided, which helped, but the bedroom would be much more comfortable in cooler weather.
