The value for the stay was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring Macroplaza and all the famous attractions in downtown Monterrey, and the metro station was only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. We also felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Even though we were usually back at the property by around 8:00 PM, we always felt secure. Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially considering the price, location, convenience, and safety.

L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer à Monterrey et dans les communes voisines. Des nombreux commerces et transports à proximité. La cuisine, la chambre et la salle de bains sont bien équipées. Le hôte est réactif et aimable. Le studio étant au centre ville, il faut s'attendre à avoir du bruit.
Nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour ouvrir et fermer la fenêtre du studio, celle-ci restait bloquait. Dans la douche, l'eau avait du mal à couler régulièrement et provoquait un sort de flaque. Nous avons été visités par un cafard, et par ailleurs, il se dégageait une odeur forte d'insecticide dans l'entrée du studio.
