The Villa was stunning and very big! Great value especially when splitting amongst other guests. We had 4 people all had their own rooms with ensuites. Had a gym near by but hours were a bit weird considering we paid so much there should be a key given to those renting the villas for the gym/pools
Not an ideal location as it’s about 20 minute to centre and 10-15 from sunset village. Are was still being developed so I’m sure it’ll be great when there is more close by. Our Villa didn’t have curtains on the front door making it very easy for people to stare in at us while hanging out in the living room/kitchen. The one worker was constantly walking by and looking in which was a bit odd and they also have cameras inside which we found weird. Also the beach that was nearby wasn’t the best so we had to travel to Khem beach

Check in time was 2 hours late.
No english talking. No introduction properly about beach area and breakfast.
