The apartment had a central location, bright and very spacey.

We found dirty dishes in the cabinets, and it didn’t feel very exclusive or luxurious coming to a place that feels like a rental place - lack of toilet paper, no batteries in the tv remote etc.

The place was ok and pictures were good to explan where and how to find place. Coffee and tea in the kitchen was a bonus we did not expect but are super thankful for.

Host sends you multple messeges/requests offten with the same information multiple times. When you are out traveling it is stressfull enough and every additional contact addt to this stress. Information about additional fees for contacting the property at sertain times in multiple messeges was annoyng. If I really need to contact you for important stuff like smth is broken in your property - do you really feel like charging me? Or should I stay silent because of fee and you will charge me this broken stuff on the deposit later? If I cannot get keys and have problem with your lock (even if this is me and not your lock) do you feel like charging 600 sek? I should next time send messege that every next email from you will also implement additional cost for you.

It was a nice apartment overall. It was light and bright and in a quiet area.

We felt that it was outrageous that they didn't provide sheets and towels. Also, there were no instructions in the unit for wifi, or information about where the trash bins are located.
