Good facilities, comfortable bed
Doesn't have any curtain shade or dark curtains, in June it gets bright at 4 am, didn't sleep much, bath towel very old, kind of hard, needs shower curtain as well

Location.
The hosts approach to leaving everything to the guest to take care of. This property is highly automated to the benefit of the owner. I particularly didn't like the fact that I had to take a video of the whole apartment before and after just to keep it as proof that nothing was damaged in case the deposit would be withheld.. For a 1 night stay this is a big burden for the guest. It basically ate significant time from the planed time to relax
