SO... Upon arrival I was told at the desk that the duration I booked for wouldn't be honored because they had a large group comming up so I would have to change hotel in one of their sister hotels... first red flag. Second red flag: when I asked if the other hotels featured the same amenities (I specifically booked a room with a balcony) they were very evasive and coy, but I pressed them so they had no choice but be transparent. However they asked for a picture of the room I booked (weird!) and I showed them. Their response: the room Featured was typical of a 4 star hotel and it would be impossible to book that in their hotel line and for that price. they added: in dehli such a room is at least 4 times what we feature on the website. The gull... I responded that I didn't put the pictures on their bookings.com page and the website didn't either so their were responsible for displaying THEIR rooms and update their availablility. I told them that they were catfishing customers who would be too tired up to just leave them hanging dry. BUT I did. told them they were crooks and that I would find another hotel. they just turned around and went about their business without paying me any attention just like any street scammer would do. they still had the audacity to message me the next day to ask me if I wanted a room for the second night... rest assured I gave them a peice of my mind. you know what the cherry on top is? As I was about to right this review I notice that someone (certainly not me) left the following comment on my behalf on this hotel: "The stay was very comfortable. Food is amazing. The staff is so cooperative and welcoming. They made sure the needs of customer is being taken care of. Would highly recommend this place for an ideal stay." they are not just scammers their are dangerous shameless frauds. Please stay away. you have been warned.
