The apartment is great. Clean and well equipped with good elevator and AC.
The customer service is terrible:
- sent wrong checkin code and I was stranded outside for more than 30 minutes past midnight with my family trying to reach them till someone replied with the right code
- the agent didn’t even apologize and kept insisting that the code was sent earlier and presented no proof
- the place promised a free parking on premise, which i needed for the heavy luggage, but they kept ignoring my inquiries about it and had to park far away
- I booked 2 nights only to stay less than 24 hrs before my long flight, but the customer service didn’t make it very comfortable with these incidents
- they also have a faulty AI agent which made the situation worse and left me more frustrated when I was locked out
