Health & Wellness House Hot Tub, Sauna & Ice Bath

The property was in a lovely location, with lovely views of the water from the top bedroom. The house itself was done up to a really high spec, lovely furnishings and beautifully presented throughout and absolutely spotless! Really felt like lots of attention to detail was taken by the owners and gave us the wow factor upon entering! We didn’t use the hot tub and sauna in the end but will be back to try those out. Great communication with the owner - nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and love to return.

Lack of parking on-site was a bit of a shame but nothing we couldn’t overcome!

The house is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need and more. We’ve stayed in many properties before, and this is by far the best. The house feels like a high-spec luxury home rather than a rental — everything is finished to a very high standard. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It’s not a problem at all, but the only thing worth noting for future guests is that there isn’t a microwave in the (beautiful) kitchen. If that’s something you regularly use, it’s just worth bearing in mind Really there is nothing to dislike about this property.

The property had a sauna and hot tub which was lovely, although it is in the front drive and open to the elements from the front door. The bedrooms and living space were comfy with nice decor. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. There is a room for yoga/ Pilates etc but open to the front of the street so no privacy.

Arrived to find the property had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Had to wait an hour and half whilst it was cleaned around us, albeit the lady was very apologetic. Several of the rooms (including bedrooms) did not have curtains so it felt very open to the Main Street and people could look in. The hot tub beeped the entire time we were there. The owners have shut the main gate to the driveway meaning you had to park on the road. Not helped by torrential rain and a massive puddle in the way of the pedestrian gate to get to the property. Parking on site would have been more preferable. The host has stopped responding to messages about the state of the properly on arrival.
