Indian Pointe Lake View - Pets

The view, for that busy part of the lake, was great. We had a corner unit with a balcony, and a nice view to the west. The unit was very well equipped, to include all the dishes and cooking utensils, dish soap, dishwasher and detergent, paper towels, extra pillows, towels and pool towels, an extra mattress, and even pool floaties. Equipped with washer and dryer as well. I liked the three pools, so they were never busy or particularly loud (kids will scream but it was only for a little while one day). Parking was adequate and right by the stairs. The fact that there were x flights of stairs was clearly explained. Location was good, and it was easy to get to any number of businesses and parks. I would stay again but find a first or second floor unit as other guests had stair issues.

I was unfamiliar with the type of keypad used, it took a phone call to get in the door so a little heads up would have been nice although the management was very helpful. The water had been turned off, so that would have been good to know also. The trick outlet connected to the light switch (I wasn't familiar with an outlet where one plug would work all the time and the other was wired to the switch) would have been good to know as well. My device wouldn't charge when plugged in the top outlet and the lamp worked while plugged into the bottom. A text to the management company who must have thought they were dealing with an idiot at this point. But helpful every time. The master bedroom curtains aren't quite wide enough to close completely, so when the sun comes up early you get daylight through the cracks. not a huge deal, but one more panel on each expanse of windows would be good. The screen door fell off from the slider to the balcony, took me two days to get it back on. Some of the dishes had food residue stuck on them, I washed everything thoroughly before we used them.

It was very clean, beautiful views at a great price.

Wish it had a hot tub.

I loved the cleanliness of the property, and the fact that it had a lot of space. Didn't feel like I had to be on top of the other guest when moving around the place. I loved that there was 2 bathrooms, as I hate having to wait until they are done to use it. The King size bed was comfortable and the mattress was nice and firm. Best sleep that I have gotten. Like the extra large balcony and the fact that we could have that alone time and enjoy the scenery. Watching the sunset from the balcony was wonderful and exciting. Will definitely return, this was property was MUCH better than staying in a hotel. Love the fact that there were stores so close proximity to the property, did not have to go far.

The only thing that I think I did not like was there was not a umbrella to use on the balcony to cover from the sun. Weather was in the 80s and the sun was beaming down on us while sitting on the balcony.

The property was quiet and relaxing, maybe due to off season, exactly what we were looking for!

The shower quarters were too tight and hard to maneuver around once inside and I couldn’t adjust the shower head. The mattress in the primary bedroom should be updated! Guess bedroom’s mattress was perfect but a tight squeeze since it was a bunk bed.
