A comfortable sectional faces the smart TV for movie nights, the dining table seats six for home-cooked meals, and the fully equipped kitchen has what you need to pull off anything from a quick breakfast to a group dinner. A dedicated laundry room keeps longer desert stays easy. Four bedrooms give the group room to spread out. The primary is a true suite with a king bed and its own ensuite bath, and three more bedrooms each hold a queen. Two trifold floor mattresses add flexibility when the group grows, so the home comfortably sleeps up to ten. Outside is where The Quiet Burn earns its name. The private yard is built for lingering — a pool to cool off in, a hot tub to sink into as the temperature drops, hammocks strung for lazy afternoons, and a firepit that becomes the center of gravity once the Milky Way comes out. The city issues automatic, non-refundable $500 fines to guests who violate these rules. This property is equipped with smart noise-level sensors to ensure compliance. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing desert getaway under the stars, this is the perfect spot. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Living with Nature: Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team inspects the home before your arrival, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. - Please note: Due to the remote location of our home, occasional unannounced power outages may occur. - Please note: the in-ground pool and spa are not heated, and the in-ground spa is not operational. However, there is an above-ground heated spa available for your use. - The primary bathroom shower is compact and may feel snug for taller or larger guests. Please review the photos to ensure it will meet your needs. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens with associated bedding are provided - The RV in the backyard is for aesthetic purposes only. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
