This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, individually packaged for single use—very reassuring to use. The staff were exceptionally polite and responded promptly to any requests. Dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby were all convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

plumbing leaked all over the toilet, making the bathroom unsafe; bed very hard; paper towels totally inadequate; staff smoked and place reeked of smoke; off-hand service
