Great location. Can easily walk to everything and has own car parking. Very cosy, clean and comfortable.
Would be nice to have a small clothing cupboard but no space!

Location is wonderful, walking distance to waterfront and shopping centre etc. Quiet street. Comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen. Extremely clean. Great selection of amenities, everything one can think of. Secure parking a bonus. Great TV, shower good.
Unfortunately there are a few things come to mind., especially for a five night work stay. The air con did not work on heat, not a big problem. The size of the accommodation stated is very deceiving, room definitely not as 40 sq mt. Beware of shower door. Only two towels, one per person, for a five night stay with no drying area.

It was clean and comfortable. Good variety of facilities/amenities inside the room.
Not sure I would pay full price for the room, but I was able to get a good last-minute deal with the pricing. It was hard to get in contact with the host when I had issues checking out as the door lock/key was stuck, though they did eventually get in contact after several hours. Also, supplying more towels would have been nice.
