Nice location close to train station and restaurants. Elevator (small) was convenient. Easy entry password protected lock on front door. Good water pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed. Off the street location so road noise was minimized. Comes with nice big refrigerator, hot plate and dishes, black out curtains, lots of storage space, and washing machine. Great value for a cheap price

AC was a bit weak although it did keep the place comfortable. Ceiling fan had one speed (high). Bathroom floors get VERY slippery when wet (be careful). No in room safe.

Esperienza super positiva, lo staff gentile e sempre disponibile, mi sono sentito a casa e a pochi passi nei vicoletti, ci sono delle vere e proprie gemme nascoste come piccoli Cafè e Home restaurant. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Vô tình book được home mà ở cảm giác như ở nhà. Sạch sẽ - đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có máy giặt - máy sấy tóc. View phòng thoáng chill Đi vài bước ra ngõ là có bánh canh nha trang ngon xỉu. Xung quanh thì ăn uống về đêm có nhiều quán nhậu chill vỉa hè. Ở ngay trung tâm quận 3 lại rất thuận tiện đi lại. Thật sự ít có home như này. Giá tiền hợp lý và home sạch, tiện nghi, view chill Một chuyến đi công tác thật vui vẻ. V Thật đáng để trải nghiệm

The staff was nice when we asked questions Jenny was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly

The loft style was nice but it was very hot at the top very hard to get oxygen in their super stuffy The stairs were makeshift ones a bit sketchy and could be a falls risk as it wasn’t stable The power lines sparked everytime you plugged anything in so probably faulty electrical cabling too The bed was not cleaned and had hair on it, but since it was a one night stay we decided it was ok and just let the owners know The room was no smoking but the shower connected to an upstairs room in which someone was smoking so the whole room smelt of smoke which was not nice
