The location is amazing only a two block walk to the beach and the property has some amazing features like a nice shower and a patio.
There are a few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as updating some of the furnishings and the ac system. Also the cleaning crew did not leave any extra paper products or trash bags in the unit so I had to go out and buy toilet paper. Also the layout of the rooms makes for limited privacy only one room is actually private.

Location was excellent, ideal for a beach holiday.
Pictures advertising the property are very out of date. A lot of TLC is needed to bring it up to the ‘Luxury Beach House’ We contacted the hosts as one of the beds had been broken before our visit and it had been repaired with a few planks of wood. The host replied that one of his guys would be out to sort it but we had sorted it out by the time he could get one of his guys to fix the problem. Dinner wear and glass wear a mix and match of what was left from previous guests. Garden furniture needs replacing!

Beautiful place, very pretty decoration, very clean, more than we expected!!! Great location, walking distance to the beach, very quiet with gorgeous backyard to relax! Highly recommend!

Location was great. Two blocks from the beach. Older home with updates just needs proper care. Pictures were definitely deceiving.
On our last night there were two cock roaches in the kitchen. The over head air units constantly dripped water. The one was directly over the bed and was very annoying. Landscaping definitely needed some TLC. Beautiful back patio just hasn’t been taken care of. Grill was pictured so we were looking forward to bbq but it was so rusted it was not useable. Washer sounds like a jet engine.
