I mean… nothing really.
Wrong address on booking platform. No one answers the phone. Bed sheets, linen, pillows, all dirty! When I asked them to change they said not available now but I can go to another room. The other room? ALSO DIRTY. No towels. No hot water. Only 1 cup in this “kitchenette” which was also not properly cleaned. Bugs coming out of the drain. When I mentioned this to them, I go no response.
