Confortável, de acordo com as fotos, bem limpo, banho agradável, TV ótima, tudo funcionando bem. Fácil acesso, muito fácil de entrar com as senhas, e comunicação muito tranquila e acessível com a proprietária. Ferro de passar disponível e funcionando bem, assim como os utensílios básicos de cozinha.
Barulho. É um apartamento de segundo andar, de frente para uma rua comercial movimentada. Na primeira noite (uma segunda-feira), era apenas o barulho dos carros, que já incomodava. Na segunda-noite, já teve barulho de bar: musica e pessoas falando alto, até cerca de 1 da manhã, quando teve o barulho de carro de polícia (que provavelmente foi acabar com a festa). Não consegui descansar como gostaria por isso. Além disso, só senti falta de uma mesa de cabeceira/luz de cabeceira, mas isso é detalhe, dado o custo-benefício da acomodação.
