Perfect location with unbeatable transport links! The hotel is just a 200-metre walk from Exit 2 of Ningguo Road Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to reach all major attractions across Shanghai without any hassle. The whole property is newly renovated and recently opened, so all furnishings and facilities are brand new and in excellent condition. My room was spotlessly clean with thorough cleaning everywhere, no dust or stains at all. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, proactive and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm service made the experience even better. Overall, I had a fantastic, satisfying stay and would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers visiting Shanghai!

J’ai passé un séjour formidable à l’Holiday Inn Express Changyang Road à Shanghai, je le recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs étrangers ! L’emplacement est son plus grand atout : il est très proche du Nord de la Bund, un spot peu connu des touristes avec des paysages absolument magnifiques. C’est le point idéal pour admirer les gratte-ciel de Lujiazui et les illuminations nocturnes de la Bund, la vue est inoubliable. L’hôtel dispose d’une décoration artistique très élégante et raffinée dans tout l’établissement. Par ailleurs, le centre commercial White Magnolia Plaza est à deux pas, avec une multitude de boutiques et de restaurants pour faire du shopping ou se restaurer. Tout le personnel de la réception est extrêmement aimable et serviable. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Jason, qui parle un anglais parfait. C’était ma première visite en Chine, j’avais beaucoup d’interrogations sur les déplacements et les visites ; il a pris le temps de m’expliquer tout patiemment, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage et m’a permis de voyager sans stress. Si vous venez découvrir Shanghai, choisissez sans hésiter cet hôtel : emplacement parfait, cadre charmant et service irréprochable !

I had such a wonderful travel experience at Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Changyang Road, North Bund. I would love to share my sincere feedback. During check‑in, the hotel staff went out of their way to give me detailed, thoughtful recommendations. They patiently introduced nearby North‑Bund scenic spots and shared fantastic local dining and entertainment spots across Shanghai. Thanks to their insider travel tips, I perfectly planned my city tour and tasted authentic local food around the neighbourhood. What impressed me most was their considerate airport drop‑off service for my departing flight. The hotel arranged reliable transfer transport to the airport, which greatly relieved my travel‑related stress on the last day of my trip. The whole team delivered warm‑hearted, personalised service beyond my expectation. The hotel location is ideal for sightseeing. I will absolutely book this hotel again on my next Shanghai visit and highly recommend it to all travellers.
