We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn express North Bund in Shanghai area. Our experience was truly memorable from beginning to end. They accomodated our very early check-in with simple request and helped us with payment through Chinese apps. Every staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options, and the room service was absolutely outstanding. I also appreciated the flexibility of having our used bath towels changed daily whenever needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. However, I would especially like to mention Jason from the front desk, who made our stay truly beautiful and unforgettable from the check in to check out. He went beyond his duties to help us to get used to local systems. He helped us to get out communication apps and helped us to know few places arround. He always was just a message away for any help. He is also such a gentleman, with a genuinely warm personality and an exceptional sense of hospitality. His kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful gestures made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. He has a wonderful way of making guests feel special, not just by doing his job well, but by showing genuine care and making every interaction pleasant. People like Jason are what make the difference between simply staying at a hotel and having a truly memorable experience. His professionalism, positive attitude, and kind nature reflect the very best of hospitality. We are incredibly grateful for the way he made our time at the hotel so special, and he deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn North Bund in Shanghai. The comfortable stay, delicious breakfast, excellent room service, and, above all, the wonderful hospitality made it a place I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai. Highly recommended!

There is nothing mention. Everypart was incredibly smooth.

We liked a lot of things about this hotel: - The location was absolutely great, it's in the campus area, and the connectivity is great from this hotel. - lots of restaurants and eating places around, the crowd was excellent. - The Mituan's drone delivery spot is a 15-minute walk away if you want to check that out, that's great. - The overall service and staff were really attentive to our needs. One night there was some noise from the room next door, we were able to call it in and it was immediately acted upon. - We had free breakfast included and they have free coffee and icecream soft serve machine available. - Jason, our service manager, was excellent. He deserves a raise. He attended to all of our needs and made sure to personalise our stay as much as he could. He was very professional and I really appreciated his support throughout our stay.

Nothing actually, pretty great place to spend time in Shanghai. It would be nice if they can extend the coffee and ice cream hours to late in the nights. Booking.com app is stupid, won't let me upload video of the room
