The villa itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The overall setup and design are nice, and it’s suitable for larger groups.
There were several issues that impacted our stay. There were too many mosquitoes/insects inside the villa, which could be better managed (e.g. mosquito control or UV lamps).
Accessibility is a concern, as the villa is elevated with many steps and no wheelchair ramp, making it difficult to access, especially with luggage or elderly guests.
Service response time was very slow — requests such as water delivery took several hours. The water cooler provided was not clean and appeared rusty inside, which is a hygiene issue. Additionally, one of the towels provided was torn.
Overall, these are basic standards that should be addressed, especially for a property of this level.
