The serene and peaceful surroundings, with beautiful water view, the quiet atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and focused activities. Easy accessibility and clear signage within the estate, the sense of safety and privacy offered by the gated setting

The house is double-storey with bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom has sliding doors without a balcony, and the doors were not locked. This poses a potential safety risk, as someone could be injured if they are unaware that there is no balcony. I recommend installing safety measures such as secure locks and clear barriers, as well as blinds or thick curtains for privacy and safety. The lack of blinds or thick curtains made it difficult to manage the heat and sunlight in the early mornings, as we were woken up around 05:30 due to direct sunlight and heat. Installing proper window coverings would greatly improve comfort. The garage was too small to comfortably accommodate two vehicles, making movement inside the garage very difficult. The kitchen sink for dishes was leaking and requires repairs.
