O apartamento, apensar de pequeno é bem dividido e tem tudo que é necessário pra um ótima estadia.
O chuveiro é ótimo para um bom banho, pós praia.
Tem uma varanda com uma bela vista para o mar.
Não é sobre a acomodação, mas sim sobre o prédio.
A informação é que tem estacionamento, mas na verdade é um estacionamento rotativo que está constantemente lotado. São 86 apartamentos e apenas 24 vagas, se não me engano.

Da vista lateral para o mar. Muito facilmente se tem acesso a praia.
Estacionamento. Muito difícil conseguir uma vaga no edifício e também não é fácil achar vagas em ruas próximas.
